Bulk product – Linde systems can be used to evenly cool product for transport or further processing. Bulk parts of any size can be cooled to a desired temperature continuing on to either a raw or cooked process.

Marinated product – Wet, raw product is difficult to handle. Linde cryogenic freezing and chilling systems help solve “sticky” processing issues. Rapid heat removal using liquid nitrogen immersion technology quickly crust freezes your product retaining the necessary moisture and preventing product from sticking during processing.

Diced Cooked product – Linde offers gases and equipment to chill cooked product before dicing. This inline system helps ensure a clean dice, fewer fines and less evaporative loss

Packaged product – Linde gases and equipment provide a rapid, thorough final freeze to a set temperature, optimizing product quality and reducing overall production time.
