This approach gets much more cooling power from the same amount of cryogen. The ultra-performance tunnel offers improved distribution control of the liquid cryogen that contacts the product. This allows the cold vapor circulation to extract additional cooling potential that would otherwise be underutilized. Additionally, vapor lock systems at both the conveyer entrance and exit control cryogenic vapor and minimize air and moisture infiltration into the system.
